Hello!

The HTML version of Vlogger is a ready to go theme: just unzip the downloaded file and open index.html.

The “Stylesheet is missing” issue is typically a WordPress Error.
Are you trying to upload the HTML theme to your WordPress installation?

You can’t use an HTML product as a WordPress theme.
You bought the wrong version for your purpose.
