With regards to your theme, the feature images are not working with the following pages:
- LP Become A Teacher
- LP Cart
- LP Checkout
- LP Courses
- LP Profile
However, the feature images do work for those pages with other theme installations.

Hi Terrence and thanks for your patience.
All the Learnpress pages can have a featured image, except the Courses page.
The Courses page, in fact, is seen as archive, so wp bypasses the single page attributes, and it doesn’t allow to retreive a featured image.
For all the other pages, the featured image header is correctly used.
To change the header of courses you can only change the default header in the customizer.

Hello Terrence,
you can add a default image for header background by going on your backend and then navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Header.
