The color customization is not working.

Can you tell how to solve this?

Hello repdig!
It’s very strange that the Customizer doesn’t work. I suppose it’s related to some third party plugins that you’ve installed on your website.
If so, I suggest you disable all the unnecessary plugins and then reactivate one by one in order to see which is causing the problem.

Give it a try and let me know if this work for you.

Hello!

I have the same problem with the color customizer. I tried it with the plugins – but it does’t work. What else can I do to get it activated?

Hello RRmbs,
this issue comes with WordPress 4.9 but we have already fixed in our themes.
You simply have to update the theme and plugins and all will work fine.
