Hi there!
We’ve been tasked with looking after a client’s website that was built using the LifeCoach Child theme which mentions is by ‘Themes2go’.
I’m having an issue with their primary menu which I was hoping I could get some help with.
Up until now they have only had a single layer menu which has worked fine, but they just asked to create some sub-menus.
If I add a sub-menu, it shows like the following:
As you can see, the sub-menu under ‘Our Services’ is permanently expanded.
I can re-add the sub-menu for testing if need be. I’ve removed it for now as it makes the website look broken.
Does support have a direct email/channel that I can provide further private details to?
